Groups that register for a ReConstruct Project will be sent a packet of information to help prepare for the week. Each packet includes the following:

Participation Form and Participant Responsibilities – Each of these forms will need to be completed by all your participants, both students and adults. In the past, the participant form required a notary. This is no longer the case.

Dress Code – Please make sure your students and adults fully understand the ReConstruct Dress Code.

Daily Schedule

What to Bring Checklist – This form will need to be distributed to both students and adults.

Crew Chief Application and Crew Chief Responsibilities – Please give these forms to the adult that will be leading the home repair project. It’s important that they complete this information and return it to us, so we can better prepare your project.

ReConstruct Brochures – Please use these for promotional purposes. If you need more, please contact us.

This year we had a new summer staff position called a Project Manager. This position was responsible for all issues that come up at the lodging facility along with working with our program staff in the event there are schedule changes. They were in touch with registered groups throughout the Spring to make sure they have everything they need and to answer any questions about the project.
