A New Incentive for Corporate Sponsors
ReConstruct is a faith-based organization that focuses on the upkeep of homes in underserved Nashville communities. ReConstruct plans to refurbish more than 90 homes this summer, adding to their more than 600 home total. To kick off this year’s build, ReConstruct will introduce their first annual Corporate Build Week, July 7-11. CBW will highlight all presenting sponsors of the 2008 ReConstruct Golf Challenge, giving them an additional opportunity for community and media exposure.
Become A Sponsor
Corporations who donate $5,000 will be named a presenting sponsor of the ReConstruct Golf Challenge, scheduled for Monday, April 21, 2008. For their donation, they will receive a team of four in the tournament, premier tournament signage, and primary logo placement on all tournament materials. As an added bonus, presenting sponsors will be a partner in the first annual Corporate Build Week. CBW partners will be featured in a groundbreaking ceremony, and will be featured on signage at the event. Each partner will sole signage at another home for the entire week.
Groundbreaking Ceremony
On Monday, July 7, 2008, at 10:30 a.m., corporate partners, ReConstruct Team members, 2008 summer laborers, and the media will be invited to a Groundbreaking Ceremony. The ceremony will feature representatives from our corporate partners.
At 11:00, each partner will break away with their laborers to “their” home, where their corporate signage will remain for the duration of the week. The Corporate representative will then provide lunch for his or her crew.
Media Opportunities
ReConstruct Public Relations Representatives will alert all Nashville Media and invite them to the events. Each corporate partner is welcome to make separate media calls to get coverage of “their” home during this week. ReConstruct will send out all releases and alerts pertaining to the groundbreaking and will coordinate all media interviews.
Corporate Partners will also be named in all media alerts regarding the ReConstruct Golf Challenge, and will be featured in the Annual Report as a 2008 supporter.
