Captain & Player Letters
The Golf Challenge is different from a traditional pay-for-play golf tournament in that the captains and players secure donations for ReConstruct while also raising the level of awareness for the organization.
In addition to securing donations, captains are also commited to:
- Recruit 3 more players for their team. If you are not going to play, recruit 4 players and you would be the non-playing captain and the 5th fundraiser of the team.
- Explain to your team members the importance of the fundraising process and the long-term value of raising friends as well as funds for ReConstruct.
- Attend the ReConstruct Golf Challenge on Monday, April 21st at the Old Natchez Country Club for a noon shotgun start.
To assist you in securing donations, we have provided you letter and form templates that you can send to corporate or individual sponsors. These documents are Microsoft Word files that you can personalize and send to prospective sponsors.
