Our residents
Most of the homeowners ReConstruct serves are elderly and many are disabled. Their average monthly income is about $1,200. They cannot afford costly repairs to their homes. By providing home repair services at no charge to these low-income homeowners, ReConstruct is meeting a basic necessity of life – safe, secure, housing.
ReConstruct provides exterior painting and roof replacements to qualified homeowners at no cost to the homeowner.
Qualifications
- Home must be located in Davidson County
- Metro Property Taxes must be current
- You must be the owner of the home
- Total Gross Income of everyone over
Gross household income cannot exceed the following:
